gastric is a not needed illness

i didn't go to work today
reason being, my stomach still hurts badly
& i'm awfully tired.

maybe meeting my cousin at bpp to get my lenses from her.
i just ate some instant noodles & plain biscuits
but the pain just won't go away.
does anyone have any remedies other than going to the doc?
the pain has been on & off for 3days already.
wth.

i need to save money!!
